This game is an organized exploration of collective local identity and history, designed with participation from Harlem community leaders and youth as a part of the Sugar Hill Social Lab at Parsons. It leads young people through a series of prompts centered around the residents and history of their block, facilitating a sense of ownership and connection to their surroundings. By engaging with the past of the spaces in which they live, perhaps they can take control of the future of those spaces as well.
